My story
I'm Malak, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and certified personal trainer. I came to this work the long way, through my own relationship with food, movement, and what it actually takes to feel good in your body day to day.
Simple, fresh food has always been at the center of my life. It's at the center of my coaching too. No rules to follow, just meals that work for your kitchen and your week.
Now based in Orange County, I work with women who are done with plans that fall apart. Together we build something that fits, something you can actually keep.
