Yes. The Consultation and Lets Dive Deep are both fully remote. In-Person Personal Training is the only Orange County-specific service.
Most programs hand you a generic meal plan and a calorie number. Mine is built around you. Your culture, your kitchen, your goals, your real life. I lean into Mediterranean food traditions because it works.
It depends on where you're starting and what you're after, and I'll be honest with you about that from day one. Most clients feel the difference in their energy and routine within the first few weeks. The lasting changes come from staying consistent with a plan that actually fits your life, which is exactly what we build together.
